- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As an independent contractor I don't charge anything to help out a client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as I meet a prospective client I have them become pre-approved by a lender of their choice or one of my lenders that I have a relationship with. I keep in constant contact to understand what you want. Going to open houses whenever we can so they can see what they like and don't like is going to be a constant process. Submit offers and see where that takes us.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone who you will want to spend time with. The home buying process is one where you need someone who you won't get sick of hearing from for a long time. Find an agent who is knows every twist and turn that comes your way. Imagine as if this person is going to babysit your child. Do you trust this person? If you do then you will make a perfect fit.
