You know you have a great trainer when you feel down each time you miss a workout! Awesome trainer with solid and very effective workouts Mike is great at what he does. He has an awesome personality that will keep you motivated while pushing you. I'm learning tons of new moves and started lifted heavy weights. I'm a mom and it's been hard getting back on the healthy track but Mike has made that transition a very smooth and consistent one. He is very knowledgeable and personable. Train 1x/week... $100 Train 2x/week... $90 Train 3x/week... $80 Train 4x/week... $70 I also offer pre-paid packages that yield a discount on the above rates. 10 Training Sessions: 5% Discount 20 Training Sessions: 10% Discount 50 Training Sessions: 20% Discount
