- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with all budgets big or small. Package pricing is customized based on the unique factors of flower varieties, item quantity, commute, and labor. Please disclose if you need full service (includes on-site labor and single route delivery) or an a la carte (pick up or delivery available, no on-site labor). Al la carte package - No minimum for pick up - $300 minimum for delivery Full service - $3000 minimum to include on-site labor and single route delivery
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The prospective client will share full details of their needs to create their floral vision. We'll look over the details and provide an initial proposal to help you feel confident moving forward. Once you approve of our custom proposal, we'll make it official with a 50% deposit and secure your date in our calendar. We'll work with you or your wedding planner throughout the planning process, making any edits to your order and providing consultation as needed for any floral & decor related decisions. One month before your wedding, we'll re-connect virtually or in-person with you and your wedding planner to gather final numbers, settle final payment and present a floral mock-up if desired.

I have been working in floristry since 2021.
