- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started assembling furniture in my home while I was a teen, but it wasn't until the year 2008, while working at Babies R Us, that I realized I had the skill and patience needed to assemble "IKEA-type" furniture for a living. In today's world, most people don't have time to assemble everything themselves, so I decided to offer my services to people. In 2011, I started posting classified ads on Craigslist and created a webpage. By 2012, I established OCAssembly.com and added my business to Yelp. In 2015, I signed up with Amazon and started offering my services to Amazon customers. Our goal is to offer a service that is fast and friendly, but most importantly, good quality.
