- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on experience and the knowledge that I will not have a learning curve for any of the projects I submit quotes for. I also factor in travel times and costs when that comes into play so that I never need to ask for any reimbursables later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is imperative to know what any customer wants from a job before starting. That way I know the work is within my strengths and there is no opportunity for something to go wrong.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
