We hired Modern Touch Design and their designer Mike was able to project a great change and beautiful contemporary look within our $20,000 budget.. They did a drought tolerant landscaping, changed the garage and front doors, smoothed the ugly worn out stucco on the house exterior walls plus a nice paint throughout and added some nice modern planters. house was totally transformed and added much more to value of our house. We are extremely happy and get tons and tons of compliments from anyone that comes over

Incredible service by the team and MTD. We had hired them to completely revamp the curb appeal of our home including hardscaping, stucco, and landscaping. They brought an incredible sense of vision and structure to our project and he turn out was amazing. From day 1 they were very upfront about costs, ideas, and time frames associated with the work we wanted done. They completed all the work they said they would and did so with a great attention to detail. I would HIGHLY recommend Modern Touch.

Our house in Pacific Palisades looked OK but when we saw a neighbor's house nearby that had gone through a beautiful remodeling by Modern Touch Design, we decided to call them and ordered a designer Virtual Image of our house. Their designer Shaun created an image with amazing modern features. It was a bit costly, but they delivered everything we hoped for and more. We have one of the sharpest looking homes in the neighborhood now and we are very happy we made the decision to make this investment in our property and feel their great designer renovations has added much value to our house. Modern-Touch Design was a pleasure to work with! From the beginning, Sharam was very responsive and eager to assist us in our residential Iron Gate project. Not only was the customer service efficient but the work was completed in a timely manner and was done correctly. In addition, Modern-Touch Designs prices are competitive and they also strive to offer deals and discounts. We appreciate that Sharam went above and beyond to make sure that our gates were completed in the style and specifics that we requested and that the order was satisfied and installed as promised. We were preparing to host a family event at our house and we are extremely grateful to Sharam and the Modern-Touch Design team for also handling a last minute addition to our order to get two green poles made to hold up our Sun Shade Sails. The poles were built, delivered and installed on time and are exactly as we needed them! and even better!! Moreover, when we expressed to Sharam that there were some tasks lefts uncompleted such as certain areas left unpainted on the new gate poles', he made sure that the Gate Installer came back out to address the matters in a timely fashion. We also appreciated that Sharam came out to check out the end results and carry out some finishing touches as well. We look forward to doing another project with Sharam and Modern-Touch Design again; we had a great experience working with them!

That there are many contractors in this business that do an ok job, but taste and knowing what changes must be made and what colors and materials should be used, specially on the exterior is not what most are capable of providing.
