We recently purchased a new home that was in serious need of cosmetic updates. We interviewed eight or nine contractors before selecting Arkea Construction. We wanted to complete all major renovations before moving in and we wanted to move in as soon as possible. Arkea suggested several excellent options for installing quality updates to our home with a very aggressive timeline. They promised a professionally designed new kitchen, master bathroom, walk-in closet, and new flooring throughout our home would be completed in 3 weeks. An excellent contractor is more than short timelines and high quality work. It's reassuring to know they take pride in their work and stand behind it even after the job is "complete." Arkea made our renovation experience pleasant and quick. I definitely recommend them for your next renovation project.

My house is located at the foothill and part of the handrail were collapsing due to water damage. This is not a easy to build deck cause involving the foundation. Ron came and gave me a quotation the second day and other company I contacted they were all busy and never returned to my call. The process went smoothly and Ron always answered my text within hours. His crew Lorenzo was also very helpful and professional to explain and build the deck and the foundation. Their price is fair and their work is fantastic. Without Ron, I know I couldn’t handle the project myself. He gave me the idea of using durable Ipe wood on the post and pressure treated wood to build the foundation and flashing around the edge to prevent water damage to the house. The deck materials I m using is not real wood come with 40 years warranty, without using any nail except on the edge. They were patient enough to build it cause the angle of the deck were hard to calculate. I really appreciate the workmanship and so happy I finally can enjoy the deck.

w floors downstairs, new stair rail installation, rewire of kitchen lighting and switches, gas appliance connection installation, removal of waste, new baseboard installed, crown molding install, and new light fixture installation. We started out design in June, ordered materials in August, started construction in October, and completed construction at the end of November. Excellent overall experience. The entire team was involved and responsive throughout the entire experience. All of the members were trustworthy and helpful, especially Athos, Leron and Will. Everyone of them was handled to our satisfaction. I will definitely be using Them again in the future to redo my upstairs and add in a pool. Honestly can't say enough great things. A must if you want to support local business.

After meeting with a handful of local design build firms, I decided on this company for my interior remodel (kitchen and 2 full baths). The project manager Leron was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the job, from plumbing to electrical to structural. The contract was very detailed and laid out the pricing of every single item down to the light switches. Leron was a very clear communicator and always let me know of any work that needed to be completed outside of that contract so that I could keep track of the budget easily. He was extremely responsive throughout the project, and I never had to wait more than a few minutes for a response from him. The sub-contractors they works with are top-notch, and I never had any issues with quality or reliability. I absolutely love how the project turned out and highly recommend Arkea Builders. I plan to work with them again for future projects.
