Introduction: I am a complete general building contractor company and consulting service group. I have been operating for over 30 years in the motion picture industry. For the past 30 years, I have been managing construction work all over Los Angeles. My responsibilities include: manage, appraise and estimate, permit, demo, purchase order material, hire sub-contractors, supervise work, implement change orders and complete in an orderly fashion. My budget ranges from $3 to 40 million jobs both on and off shore for big oil and offshore petroleum divers. I working professionally as a project manager, superintendent and safety manager for I and my son's company.
