Very happy with the workmanship. Ariel, Jesus, and the rest of the construction team were very professional and produced a very high quality work.
There is some improvement needed on the communication and scheduling, but otherwise, the experience was good and the output was excellent.

I would highly recommend Jacob Construction Inc on your next house remodel. The provide competitive pricing on our hallway bathroom remodel, and respond promptly during communication while keep up with the schedule. Since our old bath had mold issue, they work with the mold remediation company to address the issue before continuing. The remodel includes installing new tiles, adding one soap notch, ceiling light, vent, fixtures and new vanity while keep the same bathroom layout. The crews are professional and have exceptional craftsmanship. The tile work is stoning! I really love and enjoy my new hall bathroom!

Jacob was our general contractor who handled a full home remodel. Overall, we had a positive experience with the entire process.
First, our project showed high quality of work. Jacob sources strong vendors and also checks on his own to ensure tasks are completed and quality is good. Some of the most minute details are well thought out. Next, Jacob is very approachable and easy to talk to. Planning specific items and tasks was always a great experience as Jacob was attentive and open to feedback and collaboration.
We did hit some roadblocks along the way but we based this review on Jacob’s role as a general contractor and his ability to overcome these obstacles.
There were instances where we saw that some of the vendors were not treating our home with an acceptable level of cleanliness and respect. After talking to Jacob, we saw that there was improvement in this respect almost immediately. We know that there are factors outside of Jacob’s control and appreciated that he apologized on the team’s behalf and quickly set forth to rectify. Separately, we faced a situation where we were having trouble getting in contact with Jacob during a critical part of the project. After a quick chat, Jacob was quick to adjust and went above and beyond to ensure communication and timing was followed through well.
In terms of cost, while the construction market is very expensive now given COVID, Jacob’s price was within fair competitive range.
Overall, Jacob is great to collaborate with, always open to feedback and adjustment, and upholds high standards of quality. I recommend him if you are looking for a general contractor!

I met with other contractors around the area but did not feel like the quotes were reasonable but Jacobs quote for my bathroom was and I’m so happy with how it turned out.
Great job with my bathroom remodel. I do feel like it’s done very well. We picked all the tiles, hardware, and appliances. His team was kind enough to pick them up for us as well. We decided to use Jacob construction for other parts of the house (roofing, kitchen,flooring, etc) as well. Will post more pictures as we go through the projects. Very happy to have a found a trustworthy contractor.

They did an excellent job with my house remodel . Jacob, the manager of my project, came up with creative solutions to resolve some issues, he definitely has the experience and qualifications. He helped with the design from the planning to the shopping, was always responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the project.
