- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in 100% upfront, transparent pricing with zero surprise fees. We offer straightforward flat-rate quotes for defined tasks (such as TV mounting). Some task such as furniture assembly, may require an estimated time to complete with a cost estimate. Other task such as remodeling, flooring, and plumbing, may have an intial quote provided based on whats visibly known but may require a supplement quote during the demo or repair process. Our quotes include standard hardware, tools, and site cleanup (exceptions are demo waste and furniture hauling. We also offer multi-task bundled discounts—if you book multiple items in one visit, you can save on overall labor. You will always approve the estimated cost before we start any work and we strive to communicate any unforseen changes as soon as we recognize the need for any change.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process seamless from start to finish: Initial Inquiry: Share your project details, dimensions, photos, or a quick list of tasks. Clear Quote: We provide an immediate, itemized estimate with flexible schedule options. Prompt Arrival: We confirm your appointment, arrive fully equipped with professional tools, and walk the job site with you. Execution & Review: We complete the work cleanly and efficiently, test everything (e.g., leveling, weight checks, smooth operation), and inspect the finished product together before invoice settlement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings years of hands-on property maintenance, residential renovation, and specialized trades experience. We stay fully updated on building safety codes, structural mounting requirements (drywall anchors, stud finding, concrete anchoring), and proper material applications—from surface prep to paint chemistry and moisture protection. Every job is executed using trade-grade tools and industry-standard safety practices.
