- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates: All of our on-site estimates are completely free and we work around your schedule to accommodate your desired date and time. Fees: There will never be any hidden fees or charges and all the costs are clearly communicated and presented to our customers. Discounts: We offer veteran, senior and seasonal discounts. Please inquire about each specific type for more information. Payment Flexibility: We understand that financial needs vary and are happy to offer flexible payment options to accommodate our clients needs. Customized Pricing: Each project is unique and requires an on-site estimate to determine the cost. Feel free to reach out to us to schedule yours!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Top Family Construction and Remodeling we aim to make all our customers as happy as possible by providing a hassle-free process. 1. After setting up your free on-site estimate your project manager will visit the project to determine the cost and go over the details with you. 2. You will receive a written proposal that includes: the scope of work, estimated timeline, materials to be used, and the price. 3. Upon reviewing the agreement and signing it you will be encouraged to ask questions and bring up any concerns. We are always happy to assist you. 4. After the contract is signed and the beginning date is in place we will begin work on the set date and always communicate with you. 5. Once the project is complete we will perform a quality control check to ensure everything is up to standard and, of course, your liking. It is truly our goal at Top Family to make sure each client receives personalized care and attention. We take pride in our customer service and are always there when you need us!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our workers have years of hands-on experience and are masters of their craft. From bathroom tiles and installing appliances, to pouring concrete and landscaping, our professionals are exceptional at what they do.
