My mailbox was installed beautifully and efficiently. Jose brought everything he needed and worked straight through to complete the job. He cleaned up the spot and disposed of packaging n my recycle can. Price for supplies, bought at Lowes, and labor at their usual rate was quoted before the job was accepted. Very competitive pricing. We changed work date to Friday but no mention of time change so I assumed 8 am as before. I texted and finally called when nit there at 10. Jose responded he would be there between 4 and 5. At 4:20 he called to say he was late but on his way. At 6:20 I called to suggest cancelling for today as it would be getting dark before he could finish. He said he was 15 minutes away and could finish before dark. Hour was better fir him to avoid heat of the day. . He said he was coming from Helendale andthat caused the delay. Hekendale is at most an hour from my house, yet it took two hours plus.. And route from Helendale to my house probably should not have taken him to corner he called from I am very pleased with work. But as with my first Thumbtack experience, I found workers.change times and dates without informing customer. Both times it took a ohone call after waiting two hours to be informed of actual work schedule.
