Azim did a really great job in installing our window AC unit. He made sure he was installing it well since we’re on the second floor and we don’t want the unit to be falling below which is the main reason why we opted to hire a pro. He was very responsive, pleasant to speak with, very professional, was enthusiastic with the job, came on time (even few mins earlier) which is great unlike other pros who make you wait, he made sure we met our expectations and even offered for us to reach out to him in case we encounter any problems with the installation. Should we need a handyman, we will totally hire him again for sure! Thanks, Azim!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are typically pretty firm as I am supporting others. With that said, if you feel something is unfair please ask for what you think is right and I will try to work with you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First send a picture of the job/location. Then I can discern if the job they want requires any prep they haven’t accounted for. Then agree on a price, date and time and get it done!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of on the job experience. I have a General B Contractors license and bond as required by the CSLB.
