- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will admit that my pricing is not in the low side. But once you see how I work and the finish product, you’ll realize that you’ll get what you paid for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to inform them that they are in good hands. I’ll tell them upfront what needs to be done and answers all their questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took Mechanical Engineering when I was in college. At present, my regular job is an Industrial Mechanic in a Dairy company. I’ve been working there for more than 13 years now.
