FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Affordable and fair prices. I keep my pricing simple and honest. Each visit begins with a diagnostic check so I can identify the issue accurately — and that fee is applied toward your repair if you choose to continue. Before I start, you’ll receive a complete estimate with labor and parts included, so there are no surprises. I don’t charge extra for weekends, and I offer discounts for returning customers and for repairs on multiple appliances during the same visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a short conversation to understand the appliance issue. I then offer an upfront estimate and explain what the visit will include. On the appointment day, I arrive on time, perform a full diagnostic, go over the findings, and only proceed with the repair after you approve the cost. I carry most common parts with me, so many repairs can be done on the first visit. After completing the job, I test the appliance, answer questions, and give maintenance tips to prevent future problems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
