We hired Handy Dandy Handyman for our small business. I was so so impressed, they were on time, professional, very nice guys. They were extremely efficient, and got everything done in half the predicted time! I will continue to hire these guys every single time I need something done. Highly recommend.May 31, 2019Verified
Had a great experience with Handy Dandy Handyman. He was professional, friendly and did a great job installing my light fixture. I'd definitely use him again and most highly recommend him to anyone interested in a handyman's work.Aug 8, 2018Verified
Great experience! He was able to take care of a bunch of little projects we had around the office. Showed up early & was great to work with. Recommend for all your handyman services.Aug 11, 2018Verified
Caesar was the only handyman service that actually called me to discuss the work that needed to be done. He was very professional and documented his work via e-mail and photographs. If I ever need any work done again, he will be the first person I callAug 20, 2018Verified
We had several small projects like hanging the TV on the wall without studs, installing a sliding dog door, and some wall decorations. Handy Dandy Handyman did a solid job getting the work all complete on the same day service. Very speedy, very good! I would use again for sure.Aug 6, 2018VerifiedHandy Dandy Handyman's reply
Thanks Mike. I had a great time completing your task. It was awesome.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? When it comes to pricing, I will always try to give you the best, most fair estimate. This is why I always want to look at what you need done first before giving you a price. I love the job I do so to me its more about giving you what you ask for than taking your money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I believe that being open and honest with customers is the best way to go. I try to get to know my customers so I can view my project in a way that they would want it to be done. I also like having communication with my customers because it's important to me. My top priority is customer satisfaction. A happy customer is always my final goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I worked for Georgia Unlimited Builders for a year, and then I worked for Toro Remodeling Services.
