- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and transparent. I explain the scope of work and provide clear pricing before starting any job. There are no hidden fees. Prices are based on the type and size of the job, and I offer competitive rates. I may also be flexible for small jobs, multiple tasks completed in one visit, or repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen carefully to understand the customer’s needs and expectations. Then I explain the work, timeline, and pricing clearly. Once we agree, I schedule the job, arrive on time, complete the work with attention to detail, and make sure the customer is satisfied before finishing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes primarily from hands-on training and real-world work in home repairs, installations, and maintenance. I stay up to date with best practices, tools, and safety standards to make sure every job is done correctly and safely.
