Roman is a very nice guy and helped me handle building my furniture. Even though one of the pieces was damaged, he spent time checking the other parts with me so that I could make a part request from the manufacturer. For the remaining items, Roman even tried some custom gas levers for my lift-top table. They didn't work out but he didn't charge me extra for looking into and trying them. Overall a very nice guy and does quality work.
