Professional, responsive, friendly, and helpful. VERY thorough. Although a bit more expensive, the price was still reasonable. Arrived at the site promptly and on SUPER short notice. Expeditious turnaround of the report. Very satisfied, and I intend to hire again. If you're a first time home buyer, US Home Inspections (Darryl) will do right by you. US home inspectors were fabulous. Punctual, neat, friendly, professional! They took down a chandelier and then replaced it with a different one and added a ceiling medallion. The medallion was tricky but they made it work beautifully. I highly recommend them and will be using them for a few future projects that I want to do in our home.

I call this is-home inspectors for a buyers inspection that was given to me by a friend and I have to tell you that you that was the best call ever made . Anyway inspector Darryl came out and did one outstanding job on the property real leaning intake he was super nice friendly and knows his job did not miss a thing he was right at home with his work I don't think that I could have done any better with any one else came under budget this guy loves his job I would recommend Darryl a thousand times over worth every bit of the money spent a pro and then some also he surprise with a free pool&spa & termite inspection made my day the best...

Had a good experience with this company they were very much specials at what they do and I am very satisfied with the home inspection that they gave me and the results of the report I would recommend this company to anyone that's looking for a qualified professional inspector that knows his stuff instead of one of those Fly by Night construction workers that called himself inspector you want to hire a real professional inspect their us home inspectors is the way to go I recommend to anyone especially first home buyers.
