Boris, the tech was great about explaining the process and Mike was very patient and gave us a great quote. They even worked with us on the pricing and helped us with financing options. On the install day everything went perfectly. The techs were on time and didn't even take a lunch break. As far as I can tell the install was flawless and we would definitely use them again. We also used them for a gas fireplace repair and that was a hard thing to find someone to properly repair. Boris did an excellent job and it's working better than ever!"See more

Christian showed us many possible replacements. Sano sent Pedro and Mike out the very next day. They rebuilt the closet containing the heating unit, added an air purifier and leak protector, replaced the old duct work, and installed a new outdoor unit and thermostat. Pedro and Mike were absolutely terrific, expert and efficient. The whole system is just beautiful. Christian came back and inspected everything and again answered all our questions. We highly recommend Sano and Christian, Jim, Pedro and Mike were all great!"See more
