- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can give a one hour advice, or to take care of a full project. I am not cheap, but I’m definitely your least expensive choice for the results! I believe that the shortest way, is the one you invest in wisely. I guarantee that bottom line, with my taste and experience you will end up paying way less. I also believe in transparency and I split my reduced designer prices with the client 50/50. I will never push a client to pay more, for a higher commission. NEVER. My design is clean, literally.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have to make sure we are on the same page, we’ll start with a zoom call to understand if we are. Then we will understand the needs and the scope of work. Once everything is clear the rest is easy to accomplish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified interior designer. My daughter who joined our company lately is an architect and an interior designer. I also expertise in clean landscaping taken from the Japanese culture, I’ve done luxury home staging and styling and also have been in the short term luxury rental since 2010. On top of that we build from scratch.
