The cleaning was good! The cleaners had all the necessary materials and tools! I had to do it before the guests arrived, they did a great job!

The cleaning was great from start to finish! The cleaners had all the necessary detergents, they also arrived 10 minutes before the start, which was very timely! The woman who cleaned the house seemed very sweet, but apart from that? it was not a good experience.
The cleaning products she used smelled very strong and I had to wipe everything down to try to remove the smell before my guests arrived an hour later.
She didn’t speak English so we had a lot of miscommunications. Her boss was texting me asking me to pay more as a tip for the extra services, when all I asked her to do was wipe down the dust on the table by the door. He also thought I asked her to steam all the linens but I had just wanted her to touch up the bed that was already made.
Also, she spilled something on my vintage Turkish rug, so there was a big wet spot.
I feel bad leaving a review but I would not book again. And now I know I must use my own cleaning products. This part was my fault.

Everything you wrote is complete nonsense, the stain on the carpet is water from your steam iron with which my cleaner ironed the bed linen and not 1 bed but 2 beds, as for the smell of detergents so they smell and this is already the problem of the manufacturer and not the cleaner, specify for the future that you need to wash only with water. And regarding the additional services, there was wiping the grill, the table and chairs in the backyard, and usually these are additional services, but you didn't even leave a tip to the cleaning lady, just your ridiculous feedback. I also have a negative experience with you
