Very disappointing experience with Beverly Cleaning Services.
I scheduled a cleaning for 2:00 PM and was told they would confirm, but the communication was inconsistent from the start. The confirmation process was vague, and I kept being told they would call back, but that never happened properly.
On the day of the appointment, I was contacted by a different number instead of the original person I had been speaking with. The timing suddenly changed, and I was asked if arriving three hours later would be okay. After that, the communication became even more confusing.
I asked for the cleaner’s full name so I would know who was arriving, and that could not be clearly provided. Instead of giving clear and professional information, I received explanations about issues with a previous client. That has nothing to do with me as a new customer and should not affect how I am treated.
I was left waiting outside in the heat for a service that never happened. The overall experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and disrespectful of my time.
When hiring someone to come to your home, clear communication, reliability, and professionalism matter. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
