- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size of the home, the condition of the space, and the type of cleaning needed. We always try to provide fair and honest pricing based on the amount of work required. Deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, wall cleaning, and heavily soiled areas may require additional time and may affect the final price. We discuss all details with the customer in advance, so there are no surprises. We also offer special pricing for regular clients and recurring cleanings. Our goal is to provide high-quality, careful cleaning at a price that feels fair and transparent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and personal. First, we discuss the customer’s needs, the size of the space, the type of cleaning required, and any special areas that need extra attention. After that, we provide an estimated price and explain what is included. Before starting the job, we make sure we understand the customer’s expectations clearly. During the cleaning, we work carefully and pay attention to details. After the job is finished, we are happy to review the work with the customer and make sure they are satisfied with the result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience in residential cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-out cleaning. Our training comes from practical work, attention to detail, and learning the best methods for cleaning different surfaces safely and effectively. We understand how to handle common problem areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, walls, dust buildup, and heavily used spaces. We continue to improve our skills with every job to provide careful, reliable, and high-quality service.
