My pricing depends on the type of cleaning, the size of the space, and how much time the job will take. I offer fair rates with no hidden fees. For regular customers or larger projects, I’m happy to discuss discounts. I always provide a clear quote before starting, so there are no surprises
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start working with a new customer, I usually begin with a short conversation to understand their needs — what areas they want cleaned, how often, and any special requests. Then I offer a clear price estimate and explain the services included. Once everything is agreed on, I schedule the cleaning and make sure to follow up after the first visit to check if they’re satisfied
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed training in professional cleaning techniques, including the proper use of cleaning products, equipment handling, and health and safety standards. My experience also includes following detailed cleaning procedures for both residential and commercial spaces, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction
