- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible and depends on the size of your home, the level of dirt, and the type of cleaning you choose. I offer discounts for new clients as well as for regular cleanings (weekly/monthly). Additional services, such as oven or fridge cleaning, are discussed separately so you always know exactly what you’re paying for. In any case, we agree on a price that’s comfortable for both of us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we clarify the client’s needs, the size of the property, and the type of cleaning they require. Then we provide an exact price and schedule a convenient time. On the day of cleaning, our team arrives on time and brings all necessary supplies and equipment. After finishing, we conduct a final quality check to ensure everything is done to a high standard and answer any questions you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has completed professional training in modern cleaning techniques, including the safe use of cleaning products and equipment. We have experience working in both residential and commercial spaces, allowing us to provide efficient and high-quality services. We continuously update our knowledge of new cleaning methods and technologies to ensure the best results for our clients.
