Erika's team did an amazing job with my 3 bedroom house, she didn't overcharge me like other people have and they cleaned things I usually don't have to to do. The wipe down all my doors and blinds. I will definitely recommend them to other people.

I had a great experience with Vanessa. She did a very thorough deep clean of my one bed one bath apartment. She was kind, professional, sweet with my dogs, and did not cut corners. She also cleaned my fridge, balcony/patio areas. Cleaned under things, cleaned between cushions and even wiped down my couch. Cleaned in and outside of my sliding doors.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices aren't high, I want to be able to charge people decent prices and make my business and prices affordable. Also I give 5% discount for a monthly visit and a 10% for a biweekly and 15% for a weekly visit. I can also get contact with any question, I'll be happy to answer any questions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a walk thru from the place when I'm new to a home. That helps me and the new customer establish what needs to be done. I also like to have a lot of communication with the customer make sure I get everything
done and the costumer is happy the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I only finish High school and did some college units but nothing that has to do with house cleaning. Once I got hired with a cleaning company that is where I started getting most of my experience and training. I work with a few cleaning companies and that's where I got train to do a professional cleaning job.
