This is the first time I’m leaving a bad review on Thumbtack. I hired them to clean a 2B2B house for move-out. They said only one lady is enough. The cleaner was a nice lady, but she did the job so slowly with poor quality. I noticed a few areas were not touched after she left, so I had to call her back to clean a little more. After she left, I noticed more areas that were not touched, including the exterior of the built-in cabinets, the interior windows and sills, and the bathroom floor, which should have been included in the package. Since she had already cleaned for about 6-7 hours, I don’t think she could finish all these things with her speed. I did not request for more work and still paid her tips, hoping my landlord would be OK with the result. The next day, my landlord and the rental agent came to inspect the house and were very upset. They pointed out a lot of areas, and decided to hire another cleaning company to clean it again. I should have hired a company that would provide more staff to do the job with less time. Anyway, it was a waste of time and money. BTW, the house was generally clean before she came. I don’t understand why it took her so many hours to clean it with this poor result.

These people were extremely unprofessional. I asked for the house to be cleaned 2weeks ago and with 2 cleaners, which they had agreed to. 2 people came to my house but one left and the house was not finished before my guests came. I was told the cleaner would come back Wednesday and never showed. I have had to contact them multiple times to complete the cleaning. They never reached out to me to finish the job and clean the kitchen. Instead they offered $25 refund, which I’ve rejected multiple times. Paid a lot and very disappointed with the service.
