- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our cleaning standard stays consistent; your quote reflects the work your home needs. We consider the size and layout, the number of surfaces and items to clean, and the amount and type of buildup. Two equally tidy one-bedroom homes can require different amounts of time. Accessible baseboards, doors, cabinet exteriors, and everyday countertop and shelf items are part of our home cleaning. We confirm the included tasks, any requested extras, and your total before booking. The price shown on Thumbtack is an initial estimate based on your request details. A few photos or a short walkthrough video help us personalize it. For recurring service, we agree on pricing based on your home, visit frequency, and expected workload. If the actual conditions or requested tasks differ substantially from what we discussed, we explain any proposed adjustment and get your approval before doing additional work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tell us your home's size, preferred date, and the areas you most want help with. We may ask for a few photos or a short walkthrough video of the kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas so we can understand the surfaces, belongings, and buildup that need attention. There's no need to stage your home. We confirm your cleaning scope and price, then schedule your visit and share your priorities with the assigned cleaner. Let us know about delicate items, surface-care instructions, or anything you prefer we leave untouched. If you'd like fresh bed linens put on, leave the clean set on the bed. Putting away items you don't need cleaned helps us focus our time on the areas you want us to handle. One-time and recurring visits are available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our approach is built on hands-on cleaning experience and a consistent room-by-room standard. Our team is trained to pay attention to the details throughout a home, including baseboards, doors, cabinet fronts, shelving, and the items sitting on surfaces. We assess what needs attention up close: loose dust and crumbs require a different approach from grease, soap scum, or hard-water buildup. We also take your surface-care instructions and preferences into account when planning the work.
