- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the actual condition of the space, not just its size. We always review details or photos before confirming a final quote, so there are no surprises later. All standard supplies and equipment are included. There are no hidden fees — the only time the price changes is if additional work is requested that wasn’t discussed in advance. We also offer discounts for recurring cleanings and long-term clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we ask a few quick questions or request photos to understand the scope of work. After that, we provide a clear price and available time slots. Once the booking is confirmed, I assign the most suitable cleaning team for the job and share all details with them. The team arrives fully prepared, and after the service, we follow up to make sure everything meets expectations. If something needs a touch-up, we handle it promptly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners are trained internally using a structured system that focuses on consistency, attention to detail, and safe use of cleaning products. I personally oversee quality standards, workflows, and customer communication, ensuring that every team follows the same process regardless of the job size. We continuously improve our methods based on customer feedback and real-world experience.
