Unfortunately, our cleaner was not only late, she was extremely unprofessional and performed a rushed average job at best. It was clear not enough time or effort was placed into the cleaning. No major mistakes were made, but it was certainly not worth $190. Instead of focusing on maximizing time to clean the home, she spent the first 15 minutes marketing her on business.

Throughout the appointment, I was in communication with you and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Unfortunately, I did not receive any concerns or requests from you during the cleaning that would have given us an opportunity to address anything immediately.
I also followed up with you after the cleaning to ask how everything went, but unfortunately did not receive a response at that time. If I had known that there were areas you were unhappy with, I would have been happy to communicate with the cleaner and do my best to address the concerns.
We always want our clients to be satisfied, and we take feedback seriously. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and will use this experience to continue improving our service.
