- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our customer should know that our pricing is competitive and transparent. There are no hidden fees. We also offer discounts for recurring services such as weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we'll start with a quick call to understand the type of cleaning you need and the budget you have in mind. After we come to an agreement for the price, our cleaners will come to your home and make it spotless. After the job is done, they’ll walk you through the space so you can review the work and point out anything that may need a second look.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before onboarding any cleaner, we have them complete a test clean that closely follows our company's cleaning standards and process. Only cleaners who pass this evaluation are brought onto our team.
