Clinton and his team were fantastic and revived my dirty apartment in a short handful of hours. They showed up early, asked clarifying questions, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and confirmed everything I requested verbally before starting work. He also creates a safe space free of judgement which helps a lot during in-home projects and is very kind. A true professional.

We had a great experience with Gulf Coast Cleaning. I absolutely loved the communication and how easy scheduling was from start to finish. Clinton was very friendly and sweet, but also easy to talk to and work with, which made the whole process comfortable.

Our home really needed a deeper clean than the typical quick pickup that we (and our robo vacuum) can manage, so we decided to reach out. While this isn’t the first time we’ve had cleaners, it *was* our first time hiring through Thumbtack, and the experience was very positive.

We loved the quick reset that was completed. I’m still learning how to best configure services and whether I need to add specific add-ons for certain areas, so there’s a bit of a learning curve for me personally. That said, the customer care was excellent and the process itself was very easy. I do think with a little tweaking on my end to make sure nothing gets missed, our next (already scheduled) visit will be even better ! ◡̈
