- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the property, the type of cleaning service requested, and the overall condition of the space. Deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, and post-construction services typically require more time and detail than standard recurring cleanings. We always provide clear, upfront pricing before the appointment so there are no surprises. If additional services are requested on-site (such as inside oven, fridge, or extra detailed work not included in the original scope), those may come with small additional fees, which are always communicated in advance. We also occasionally offer discounts for recurring clients or ongoing scheduled cleanings, as we value long-term relationships. Our goal is to keep pricing transparent, fair, and aligned with the quality and level of detail we provide in every service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer starts with understanding their needs in detail. I ask a few questions about the type of cleaning required, the size of the property, and any specific priorities or problem areas. Once we agree on the service, I confirm the pricing, schedule a convenient time, and provide clear expectations of what is included in the cleaning. On the day of the appointment, our professional team arrives on time fully equipped with eco-friendly and pet-safe cleaning products. We follow a structured cleaning checklist based on the type of service (standard, deep, move-in/out, etc.), while also paying attention to any special requests from the client. After the cleaning is completed, we do a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets high-quality standards. Our goal is to make the entire process simple, transparent, and stress-free, while delivering consistent, high-quality results every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training in cleaning services comes primarily from hands-on, real-world experience working in residential and short-term rental properties. Over time, I developed practical skills in deep cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and efficient time management across different types of homes and conditions. I also continuously improve my knowledge of professional cleaning methods, including the safe use of eco-friendly and non-toxic products, proper handling of different surfaces, and best practices for maintaining hygiene and detail-oriented results. In addition, working directly with clients has taught me strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and how to adapt to different expectations and property needs to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
