- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the space, the type of cleaning needed, the condition of the property, and how often you would like service. Every home, office, rental, or commercial space is different, so we like to give fair pricing based on your actual needs instead of giving a one-size-fits-all number. We offer cleaning options for residential homes, commercial properties, offices, apartment complexes, Airbnb rentals, and more. For recurring services, we may be able to offer a better rate depending on the schedule and scope of work. Deep cleanings, move-in/move-out cleanings, post-construction cleaning, and heavily soiled spaces may require additional time and pricing. We will always discuss the details with you upfront so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening. We want to understand what type of space you have, what areas need the most attention, and what your expectations are before we begin. For residential customers, we may ask about the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, pets, flooring type, and whether you need a standard cleaning or a deeper clean. For commercial clients, we look at the size of the space, traffic level, restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, and how often service is needed. Once we understand the job, we provide a clear estimate and schedule a time that works best for you. From there, our goal is simple: show up professionally, clean with care, and leave your space feeling fresh, organized, and taken care of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining different types of spaces, including homes, offices, commercial properties, Airbnb rentals, and apartment communities. We understand that every space needs a different level of attention. A family home is not the same as a busy office, and an Airbnb turnover is not the same as a deep cleaning after a move-out. We focus on using the right cleaning process for the space, paying attention to detail, and making sure the customer feels comfortable with the final result.
