I’m very happy with LA & OC Pro Cleaning! Evgenia was very detailed, careful, and did an excellent job with the deep cleaning. She cleaned my kitchen and range hood filters extremely well, and even scrubbed the stairs with a brush, especially the middle areas that were difficult to clean.
My husband and I are very happy with the results. The scheduling and customer service were also very helpful and professional. I highly recommend LA & OC Pro Cleaning and will definitely use them again!

Dolgor was great! She showed up on time, was very professional, friendly, and worked quickly while still doing a thorough job. She got everything done and left the apartment looking really clean. I had a great experience and was very happy with the service. I’ll definitely continue using this company again!

I highly recommend this pro. Let me walk you through my experience:
- I reached out, boom, response within minutes; Natalia was coming on Thursday at 9AM.
- On Wednesday, I reached out to reschedule (terribly rude of me), and we pushed it till same time Monday. The communication was similarly prompt and professional. Unimpeachably so.
- They reached out to confirm the timing on Sunday. Love it. Points for communication.
- 9AM, Natalia arrives. Found a place to park in my chaotic neighborhood, showed up at my door with a backpack full of supplies and a heavy duty vacuum cleaner.
- Natalia is amazing. My house? A nightmare. Months of neglect had turned an anticipated 3-hour job into an all day marathon (and this was *after* I had organized things the day before).
- She had another client at noon. She leaves. She comes back afterwards. Stuck in traffic. We’re communicating the whole time. Shows up and FINISHES THE JOB. After hours. My sideboards are clean, my fridge is sparkling, the kitchen is immaculate, the bathrooms are pristine—you could literally eat off my floors.
Dropped a big job on her first day, and she handled it without complaint, braving rush hour traffic to ensure everything was spic and span.
I could not be more pleased.
