The only reason this review isn’t 5 stars is because the original person who contacted me was so abrasive. He started by spam calling me on a Sunday morning, and when I finally answered the phone he didn’t even greet me. He just said “you want a cleaning?”, or something like that. I felt so flustered and pressured to schedule an appointment that I scheduled without even hearing a quote for how much the cleaning was. Good thing I asked before we hung up!
There was also a bit of a mixup with the cleaners when they arrived. We were asking for a light cleaning + laundry, but management had not communicated that to them.
Luckily the woman I spoke with on the day of cleaning, Jenny, was so helpful and communicative. She totally saved this customer service experience!
The cleaners themselves were also great! They were very thorough and communicative throughout the process. I would totally hire them again if I knew I wouldn’t have to deal with the first man I spoke to.

I very seldom write bad reviews but me experience with this "pro" is the worst I've had on Thumbtack.
The person on the phone was very unprofessional, almost rude to a point. He was already sounding arrogant when I asked for a quote. The rudeness was in full blast when I said I won't continue with them. He started giving the attitude and kept asking why and ended with "so you just want a dirty home"
This is by far the worst experience I've had on this app!
The person on the phone is representing the company, and is obviously giving the business a bad reputation.
