The only reason this review isn’t 5 stars is because the original person who contacted me was so abrasive. He started by spam calling me on a Sunday morning, and when I finally answered the phone he didn’t even greet me. He just said “you want a cleaning?”, or something like that. I felt so flustered and pressured to schedule an appointment that I scheduled without even hearing a quote for how much the cleaning was. Good thing I asked before we hung up!
There was also a bit of a mixup with the cleaners when they arrived. We were asking for a light cleaning + laundry, but management had not communicated that to them.
Luckily the woman I spoke with on the day of cleaning, Jenny, was so helpful and communicative. She totally saved this customer service experience!
The cleaners themselves were also great! They were very thorough and communicative throughout the process. I would totally hire them again if I knew I wouldn’t have to deal with the first man I spoke to.

Don’t use this company! I feel like a scammer owns this service. I’m a first time user on this app and already had an uncomfortable experience. I booked a cleaning with this company, but noticed after booking, that I wasn’t given a quote. So before canceling it, I called the company to ask for a quote and to confirm all details. This guy who answered, didn’t sound like he was part of a cleaning service company. He sounded young, mid to late twenties, very unprofessional, from the way he answered the phone, to how he handled the conversation, and ended it were all red flags. He was being very pushy and trying to just seal the deal. Literally, disregarded the quote that I asked for. All he wanted was my information before anything else, which I made sure not to give it to him because he didn’t answer to my quote inquiry. He was completely unaware that his company is using this app for bookings, which I thought was weird, and made it clear that he didn’t work with any apps. He likes to talk over you but yet he never really asked what I wanted done and just kept saying okay we’ll see you tomorrow. After that call, I immediately canceled the booking through the app cus it gave me weird, scammy energy. I thought that would be the end of it. He ended up sending over a cleaning lady, blasting my phone and sends me a picture of my apt with someone’s dolly of things. I answer his call, and he says they’re there. I explained that I had canceled the booking through the app, after we had spoken yesterday and sent him a screen shot. He had the nerve to argue with me over the phone and trying to make it seem like I had to pay for the cleaning lady because they never got a cancellation on his end. He continued arguing with me about how he has to pay for the cleaning lady’s time and like as if it was my problem to fix. He claimed he was the owner or one of the owners. For being an owner of a company, he didn’t seem like he had the knowledge or experience as a business owner. More like a toddler who has a big ego. It seemed like I was arguing with a little boy who didn’t know how to fix his own problem. I literally had to give him advice on what he should do next to resolve this. I was still perplexed on how he got my address if he wasn’t using this app. This was a very unexpected and unprofessional experience. Good thing he doesn’t have my card information because I’m sure he would’ve charged me for something. Scammer things it seems.
