Great experience working with My Maids LA. The cleaner showed up on time and did a thorough job. The communication was great and our experience working with them was very professional. There was a bit of a miscommunication, but Nick and the team were extremely helpful and understanding. That says a lot about a company these days. Definitely recommend.

I always offer discounts to recurring customers and a referral program too! Our service prices include taxes
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I contact the client to find out their needs exactly. When I arrive we go over exactly what changes they would like to see. I make a suggestion on what I would like to do. They either agree or disagree and I go from there. I give them exactly what they want. Some clients even write down exactly what they want me to put emphasis on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
House cleaning has always been a passion of mine. The joy I got while cleaning was second to none. Deep cleaning during early mornings was my favorite pastime.
I wanted to open a home cleaning service so I can provide the same joy to all our clients.
Our maids are truly second to none. The same passion I have is the same passion I make sure all our cleaners have.
