Our pricing is based on the size of your space, the type of service (standard, deep clean, move-in/move-out), and the condition of your home or office. We give every customer a clear, upfront quote with no hidden fees, so you know exactly what to expect before we start. We also reward loyalty. When you book 4 recurring cleanings, you'll receive $100 off your first cleaning, as long as that first cleaning exceeds $300. It's our way of saying thank you for trusting North Ivory Cleaning Services with your space. What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We keep things simple and personal from the first message to the final walkthrough. 1. You send us your request. Tell us about your space (size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms), the type of cleaning you need, and your preferred date and time. 2. We follow up quickly with a personalized quote. We may ask a few questions about your priorities, pets, or areas that need extra attention so the quote is accurate. There are no hidden fees. 3. We schedule your cleaning. Once you approve the quote, we lock in a time that works for you. 4. Our experienced team arrives and gets to work. We bring our own professional supplies and equipment and clean your space top to bottom, following a detailed checklist so nothing gets missed. 5. We make sure you're delighted. After the cleaning, we check that everything meets your expectations. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll make it right.

Our cleaners are experienced professionals who take real pride in their craft. Every member of the North Ivory team has hands-on experience cleaning homes and offices, and we train them in our own standards before they ever work in your space. Our training covers: Detailed, top-to-bottom cleaning techniques so no corner or surface gets overlooked. Proper use of professional products and equipment for different surfaces, including hardwood, stone, glass, stainless steel, and delicate finishes.
