BETTER COMMUNICATION and better English. Elena the cleaning lady did fine but the management office I felt was poor in communicating with me.

Regarding communication with our management office, we would like to clarify that we consistently sent you messages, provided all necessary information, and tried to explain all details politely. We noticed that you asked several times who we are and what company we represent, and on the day of cleaning, you did not respond to messages and refused to send a screenshot of the payment. Our manager did everything possible to explain the process clearly and understandably. Given this, we believe that the evaluation of our communication is unfair. Of course, we will continue working on improving our service, but we hope for a more objective assessment of our work. Thank you for your understanding and trust.
