Suzie was absolutely amazing! I did not even realize my house was that dirty, but she really spent a lot of time deep cleaning my house from the windows and blinds to the cabinets and walls. She even deep cleaned my couch! Al was really responsive and made the booking process very easy. He set the appointment for me very quickly and accommodated my schedule. Also, most importantly, after checking with multiple companies, this company definitely had the best value. Over all, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend their services.

It was a mediocre job. I was told there were only 3 garbage bags so I told her its okay to leave them but it turns out there were a ton of garbage sitting outside. Some parts were uncleaned as well. Overall, not so satisfied for its price.

Thank you for the review Hyo, As you know the housekeeper gathered ALL the trash in the apartment which was way beyond normal, put it in trash bags and agreed with you to leave it there as she did not know where the dumpster was. And you said it is ok. We called and apologized of course and you promised to consider visiting the review but we were not able to reach you ever since. Concerning the cleaning; not only did we remove trash, we cleaned the whole place and removed all the adhesive from the walls which is something we do not do. But then in the end after all we got this unfair review. We really hope you look into this, taking into consideration that you were not in the apartment to begin with and we had to figure out everything without you being there. Hope to hear from you soon.
