- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the home and the scope of work requested. For standard cleanings, we offer flat rates with no hidden fees. Deep cleanings, move-in/move-out services, and specialized tasks may have an adjusted price depending on the level of detail required. We occasionally offer discounts for recurring services (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). All costs are discussed upfront so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start by discussing their specific needs and expectations for the cleaning. We confirm the date, time, and scope of work, as well as any special requests (such as preferred cleaning products). On the day of service, our cleaners arrive on time, complete the agreed tasks with attention to detail, and check in with the customer at the end to make sure everything meets their satisfaction. We also provide clear instructions for payment and, if the customer is interested, discuss options for recurring cleanings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has extensive hands-on experience in residential and commercial cleaning. We are trained in the use of professional cleaning products, equipment, and techniques to ensure safe and effective results. In addition, we stay up to date with industry best practices, including eco-friendly cleaning methods and proper sanitization standards. This combination of training and experience allows us to deliver high-quality, reliable service to every client.
