My experience with Sunset Shine Cleaning was a net positive. I first reached out when I had one of my properties that had to be cleaned after a tenant move out. They were extremely responsive and were even able to get someone in to clean the very next day. I was not able to be at the property to verify everything but the team walked me through when the cleaners got there. When they were going to be leaving, etc. after they were finished I swung by and while it was cleaned there were things that were left dirty. I immediately reached back out to them and they were very professional in working with me to find a solution. Ultimately we came to a solution fairly quickly and the owner was easy to work with and kind. That is why this is a good review. I recognize that cleaners are contracted and the quality of work may vary, but what matters to me is the companies willingness to make things right and work with their clients. Highly recommend
