There were 2 people who came the second time I used this service. ..a man and one of the women who had cleaned my house the first time. The first time there were two women who were so thorough, they actually organized the cabinet under my sink workout my asking! My home was really a mess, and they still took the time to do thoughtful little extras which made me feel great This second time the man dusted like he'd never done it before, while the woman did all the rest of the work herself. Hence, the cleaning job want nearly as thorough, and I wasn't as happy as the first time. Make sure you know the price beforehand, too.

Francisco is awesome! He and his team are very professional, but also very personable too. They did a move out cleaning for me, and everything was spotless. They go above and beyond. And pricing is very fair. I'm using them again at my other house. I would highly recommend them to anyone!! :)

I needed a property cleaned quickly for an open house. They were able to take the job on short notice. They did a wonderful job of cleaning the whole unit. They were even able to come at 7:00am. Very professional, prompt, and responsive. Highly recommend.

First Review:
I hired SwiftClean for my aunt’s home. Her house isn’t that big and she said she just wanted help with the main floor so I thought it would be less than the square footage for the first time cleaning that I selected for the whole home. They did not tell me that my “$165: fixed price” on ThumbTack was going to rise up to $230 until I was already on the plane for takeoff and the cleaners showed up at my aunt’s already. If they want to charge higher, they should state somewhere “Full Disclosure: prices may change,” or just take off the “fixed price” option. But Nothing of that sort. They told me we could have 30% off the “next” time we use them. If my aunt wants to use them next time, she can since I already got the first one for her as a gift, but sucks for me. As a business owner myself, I try to make it right the first time. I don’t wait around for customers to come back a second time to make it right. Even if I have to lose out on time, I try to live and treat people fairly. They can’t just blame “Thumbtack” and use them as an excuse my quote suddenly increased by 40%? And then they want to just give a smaller discount off a lesser second time? I was nice over the phone waiting for him to say he would make the first time right and at least meet me halfway even if it was his (or “Thumbtack’s” fault)... maybe he’ll call me after his review and fix this. Unless he’s just money hungry and does this to other people, that I do not know.
