- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please visit our website for immediate pricing. We are a completely customizable service designed by you, the consumer. You can add or subtract rooms from service and purchase multiple add ons. WE REQUIRE A DEEP CLEANING IF THE HOME OR OFFICE HAS NOT BEEN PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED IN THE LAST 6 WEEKS.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a technology-based service and we prefer to use email or text as our form of communication. This saves you time as the consumer. We also prefer clients book directly on our website. When you create a customer account on our site you have access to bookings, credits for referrals, and reviews. If you need to modify, postpone, or cancel service you may do through your customer dashboard. We also offer referral credits give $20 get $20. There is no limit on credits so you can stack them up as much as you like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone that works at Tidy Maiden was at one time a professional cleaner. We know what customers want from a cleaning. We also know what to look for when hiring home cleaners. I believe that house cleaners should be paid well, which is why our workers get 60% of our cleaning rate. House cleaning is hard work.
