The cleaner did not even bring a mop or a vacuum. I trusted the service, but after checking the room, I found dust everywhere. At first, I thought the dust on the built-in closet shelves was just minor marks from moving in, but it was clearly dust that had never been cleaned. Since the shelves are built into the closet and not part of the floor, it’s obvious they were simply not cleaned at all.
I even asked my friends to take a look, and they all agreed that the room was still dirty. When I contacted the company, they simply marked the job as “completed” because I had already paid. I hope no one else has to go through such a frustrating experience.
