FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing depends on the size of the home, the condition of the space, and the type of cleaning service needed, such as regular cleaning or deep cleaning. This helps make sure the price is fair for the amount of work required. I always try to be transparent about pricing and discuss the details with the customer before the job starts so there are no surprises. In some cases, I may offer discounts for regular or recurring cleanings. If there are any special requests or extra services, I explain the possible additional fees in advance so the customer knows exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start working with a new customer, my first step is to communicate with them about their needs and expectations. I ask what areas of the home they would like to focus on and whether they need a regular cleaning or a deep cleaning. Next, we schedule a convenient time for the cleaning. When I arrive, I first look at the space and make a plan to clean each area efficiently, starting with the main rooms such as the kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas. During the cleaning, I focus on details and make sure everything is neat and spotless. After finishing, I check the work to make sure everything looks great and that the customer is satisfied with the result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don’t have formal education specifically in cleaning, but I have gained practical experience through my work. Over time, I have learned effective cleaning techniques, how to use different cleaning products safely, and how to pay attention to details to make spaces look fresh and organized. Most of my training has come from hands-on experience. By working on different homes and cleaning projects, I have developed good time management skills and learned how to complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high quality.
