Ryan Contreras says, "This review is very long overdue. If you want to upgrade your entire Cooling and Heating system, don't call anyone else beside Next Level Heating and Cooling. Jeff and his staff were an absolute pleasure to work with. I wouldn't recommend anyone else besides them.We were tired of putting up with our failing A/C system. We had a loud A/C unit that was just very old and tired. Therefore we had Jeff come out to our home and provide us with a quote for an entire Heating/Cooling overhaul. Within minutes, he figured out where the new vents would be installed and where the new A/C unit and heater would live. His design was so much more functional than what was originally there. We were also able to gain back some space in the garage since our old Heater took up so much space.Not even 24 hours after Jeff's visit, his team was already at work. His staff were very skilled and also very respectful and courteous. The entire installation process was as smooth as could be. Even will all the vents being relocated, you wouldn't be able to tell where the old ones were since their drywaller did an amazing job at hiding their old location.When we turned on the A/C, we were truly impressed with how quickly it took to cool the house down. Not to mention, the strength of the air was so much better. You can FEEL the cool air hitting you. Jeff's idea to put the vents in the ceiling as opposed to in the walls made a huge difference for the better.I mentioned this review was long overdue. We had our entire Heating/Cooling system overhauled before the Summer. Our new A/C handled this past summer like it was nothing. 7 months post operation and everything is still holding up perfectly. This current winter, the Heater is doing just as good of a job keeping the house warm.As for value, you cannot get a better deal anywhere else! Save yourself the struggle and just call Jeff for your A/C and Heating needs!"See more

Not only were they prompt, they addressed the issues I asked to be addressed. The technician gave me an actual quote on the spot instead of a we’ll see once we begin work runaround. I received a quote from another company that was 10x more for a system “overhaul” they insisted would be more appropriate even though all I needed was for the drainage line to be flushed and the refrigerant to be topped up. It’s hard to find transparent and competent contractors like Highway HVAC. Finally a HVAC technician I can recommend.

He recharged the AC refrigerant, cleaned the coil thoroughly, and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. I couldn’t believe the difference a professional duct cleaning would make! The technicians arrived on time, fully prepared, and walked me through the whole process before they began. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR SYSTEM AND LEAVE YOU WITH A MESS! I cannot express enough how terrible my experience was with this HVAC company. I called them in for what should have been a simple maintenance check, but they left my entire system in worse shape than it was before they arrived. Not only did they misdiagnose the problem, but they also managed to damage the wiring in my unit and, to make matters worse, they didn’t even bother fixing it. They just packed up and left without a word about the destruction they caused. When I tried to contact them about the issue, they were unresponsive and acted like it wasn’t their problem. The technician had a total lack of professionalism, zero accountability, and absolutely no concern for the damage they did to my system. Now, I’m left with a non-functional HVAC system, additional repair costs, and a nightmare of a situation that could have easily been avoided if they had done their job right in the first place. This company is the definition of incompetence. Save yourself the time, money, and stress, and hire someone else who actually knows what they’re doing. Absolutely unacceptable. One star is far too generous for the mess they left behind.
