Arrived on time. Went to work right away and within minutes had the diagnosis. I was overwhelmed by his HONESTY! He didn't try to pad the estimate with unnecessary repairs or gizmos. We had a wall unit and ducts that needed vacuuming and general cleaning . Shant was very responsive and knowledgeable. He also was able to repair the loose cover of the thermostat. I also greatly appreciated the explanations of his work completed and what needs to be done in the future as far as maintenance and possible repair/ replacement that might become necessary.
