I needed to have my vents cleaned as it hadn't been done in a while. I found this company online. And I was so glad I called. The lady who answered my call and set my appointment was very nice and professional.My technician was a nice guy named Debi. He called before arriving to give me a heads up. He arrived on time. He was very nice and professional. He explained the cleaning process in detail. The pricing was very fair. And I felt very comfortable with proceeding with his services. He took before and after pictures as well. I will definitely be using this company again in the future. Debi was AWESOME!

Air Quality Pros truly live up to their name. Alex, the technician, went above and beyond to ensure my air ducts were spotless. He worked efficiently and answered all my questions with patience. The improvement in air quality was noticeable immediately. Even though the cost isnt the cheapest, the level of care and expertise is worth it. Ill definitely call them again.

I found the tech was not prepared with the correct equipment for this type of work.A shop vacuum with a short hose is not the proper vacuum .It won't seal in any dirt that is extracted and not powerful enough to reach past 1 or 2 feet.I spent the next hour cleaning up my place after they left.Hand prints were never cleaned up dust and particles everywhere.I had to loan a step ladder, cleaning wipes and plastic tarps.When the tech took off the vents they needed to have a exact knife to scour the paint.He used a screw driver and it tour the paint bad.I was so disappointed and felt I paid for nothing and got ripped off.
